With the team growing quickly the company was keen to ensure that customer satisfaction remained a high priority. Tollers embarked on a partnership with acs to maintain its server and company infrastructure. Sharing this responsibility allowed Tollers’s own in-house IT specialists to focus on running their business and helping their customers. As Tollers’s primary supplier of IT goods, acs was well placed to offer a tailor made solution and Tollers chose a 4 hour response contract to ensure uptime was maximised.
acs also took ownership of the entire Charles House refurbishment focussing on the removal and relocation of dividing walls and any electrical requirements. The acs cabling technicians worked closely alongside the installation team to minimise disruption when the data points and office furniture were added.
Following these successes, Tollers is now planning future projects with acs.
