Interactive whiteboards allow you to write or draw on the whiteboard and save the image to the computer. These images, which could be your notes from the meeting or training session, can then be printed or emailed. You can also take control of a PC and use the pen as if it were a mouse by touching the board.
Communicating in this way means that you can present ideas to large audiences and remain at the front of the room. Students or meeting attendees can approach the Whiteboard and add their contribution to the discussion by writing directly on the board. Any notes can be written over the top of the program or website you are viewing and passages can be highlighted.
