The acs culture is based on five key values; passion, talent, loyalty, honesty and teamwork. We all work hard to achieve and maintain these qualities and those who excel are rewarded well.
Although we now employ almost one hundred people, we’ve managed to keep our small business mentality. Our team is built of friends and colleagues (not numbers) and our Directors and Managers adopt an open door policy.
In 2004, we became accredited with Investors in People. Everyone who joins us receives a personalised training plan and a full induction which includes spending time in every department. We offer on-site and external training to all staff members including technical qualifications, NVQs and graduate level study.
We enjoy regular social activities such as bowling nights, karting and abseiling. Many of these are organised to raise funds for the local charities we support.
