As part of our ongoing customer satisfaction initiative, acs are excited to announce the launch of our new online chat service! As ever acs is focused on helping customers make the right choice, and realise the importance of getting
good advice before you buy. To help get the advice you need, visitors to our website can now chat to a sales representative online, as well as by calling or emailing us. We know how frustrating it can be when you need to communicate with a real human being quickly and easily, and hope this new feature will help us to further improve our service to you.
How does it work?
You’ll notice when you’re browsing our website, there is now a ‘live chat’ button that can be clicked when an operator is available to talk you.

When you click this button, a new browser window will appear which will alert an operator of your presence. The response time will depend on internet traffic and availability, so
if the operator is busy please be patient, they will assist you as soon as they can. Once you’ve finished you can click the ‘email history to me’ button to have a copy sent directly to your inbox. If you have any additional questions on how to use this new service, please email us.
When can I use it?
