In order to assert and compound their reputation of being the UK's top supplier of total office solutions, in May this year, acs set out to achieve ISO9001:2000 accreditation. Whilst the acs team were confident in their procedures, it was felt that employees and customers
alike could benefit from this opportunity. As required by it's auditors, UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service), acs began the task of reviewing and documenting all existing procedures and forms. Internal auditors, Ron Hadaway and Nicola Parrett, simplifed and streamlined best working practices for all departments, from Distribution and Support
to Cabling and Sales; no division escaped their attention! Their hard work paid off and, on 17th September, acs was awarded the prestigious accreditation. acs believe this re-assessment of their management system has further improved the high level of service it can offer and invites it's customers to contribute their feedback by completing our satisfaction survey.
As the acs team celebrate this testimonial to their company, along with their 10 year anniversary next year, their sights are firmly set on their next goals, namely the Investors In People award and ISO140001 accreditation. acs look forward to sharing these further successes with you in the very near future.
